■本公司研發生產三模六沖多冲程螺絲打頭機系列,可生產多種尺寸,是經過多年研發設計,多方位試驗,秉持以客戶為尊,專業為主,以降低各項零件生產成本,給客戶最低廉的機械價格,為客戶開發高技術的產品,為客戶創造最優渥的利潤.

■三模六沖多冲程螺絲打頭機可製的產品範圍極廣:普通螺絲釘,內(外)角螺絲釘,六角帶墊螺絲釘,多台階螺絲釘及零件,超大頭部短桿螺絲釘及零件,全中空拉釘,全中空超長拉釘,半中空鉚釘,冷鍛異型零件等高附加價值產品.

■三模六沖多冲程螺絲打頭機,切斷系統,切刀板採用全周式,剪斷面整齊，而且與材料徑垂直,切刀滑板採對正切刀桿中心,切刀滑板連桿經由電腦精密設計,結合通出曲軸,固定於主齒輪上不會有多餘的間隙,通出頂點即為切刀滑板頂點,切斷施力點完美確實,增加切料端部的穩定性,切刀板位置不需要用墊片既可調整,調整方式簡單確實.

■後通出系統,採用搖臂式通出系統,通出凸輪採開放棘齒式,可更換不同尺寸或功能的各式凸輪,凸輪板經由C.N.C.中心切削加工機精準加工完成,動作圓滑,通出頂點確實穩定.

■冲模座系統,第五沖模座與第六沖模座,採各自獨立調整分離式系統,調整方式簡單確實,其他冲模座採一體式,本體經熱處理,後再做高精度的研磨加工,已確定各沖模座中心孔尺寸精度,提高沖模座的耐用度,穩定度.

■前通出系統,冲模通出系統,可使前通出桿通出動作時與主滑台後退動作同步,使工件留在主模內,免於被沖模帶出無法進行下一個工序,本系統六組冲模都可以做通出動作,以主模數做獨立調整.

■挾持系統,挾座滑板及挾座滑軌表面經高周波熱處理,再由精密成型研磨加工,挾座滑軌可調整至精密配合,使挾持工件穩定確實,增加其運轉時的壽命,調整挾臂中心位置方法簡單確實,挾座翻起使用電動減速馬達.

■3 Die 6 Blow Screw Heading Machine, Cut-off system,cut-off plate is all-round type with clean cut and the material diameter is vertical . The cut-off slide adopts the cutting rod on the center. The cut-off slide is precisely designed computer.  Which combines a crank. So it can be fixed on the main gear without extra space. The top is slide cutter’s vertex with perfect cutting load that increases the steadiness of cutting material. The side of cutting plate is adjustable without space. Which is easy to used.

■The Die Knock Out system. The swing arm is adopted. Which is open to the K.O. Cam. Can replace all kinds of different size or functions of the cam. The K.O. cam plate is manufactured by precision CNC process machine with smooth. Stable action.

■The Punch holder system. The 5th Punch and the 6th Punch are systems separate to each other. The adjustment is simple and accurate. The other punch holder belong to a single system and body is heat-treated and with precise machining process. Ensuring the precision of central hole size of every punch and increasing its durability and stability.

■The Punch knock out system.And the next step can be implemented. 6 sets of Punch in the system can do the work of knock out and can be adjusted independently.

■The transfer system. The surface of transfer slide and transfer slide rails are processed with high frequency heat treatment first and precisely machined. Transfer slide rail can be adjusted to hold the work piece stable, increasing the durability during functioning. The way to adjust the central position of the transfer swing arm is simple and accurate. The transfer block uses electric motor.
